How to reallocate attributes & change appearance in Dark Souls 3

You’ll need to find an NPC called Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth. Talking to her will let you join her covenant, Rosaria’s Fingers. When you talk to her after receiving the covenant item, she’ll offer you the options to reset your skill points and change your appearance. You don’t need to level up the covenant bond or anything – just ask her.

You can only do each of these 5 times per playthrough, and you’ll have to pay for each operation one Pale Tongue.

Where to find Rosaria

She can be found in the Cathedral of the Deep, near the Cleansing Church bonfire. If you’ve already visited her, she’ll have her own bonfire.

Go left from the chapel and ride the elevator up. Exit and walk the ledge to get to the ladder. Climb up and jump through the hole in the wall, onto the narrow roof. Use it to get to the large building, then turn right. Make a left when you first get the chance, and enter the castle. Go to the other side of the arches and jump down onto the terrace. Jump again to get to the ground. Turn left and look for a door in the far right corner. Climb the stairs, turn left and look for a grand closed door. Rosaria will be behind them.
