Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid All Bosses and Rewards

Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid is now out, and many players have already completed it, defeated bosses and collected rewards. A lot of them have probably already settled into grinding the familiar parts. The Leviathan Raid has four trials – Castellum, Royal Pools, Pleasure Gardens, and Gauntlet. The last part is the final boss, Emperor Calus. Each trial requires excellent player communication and coordination, and will put all your skills to the test. So, let’s dive into bosses and rewards in the Leviathan Raid.

Standard Bearers in Castellum

This trial is kinda like a mix between Capture the Flag and King of the Hill. You have to place banners in the allotted locations, while protecting the banner spawn point from enemies. If they reach it, you have to start over. Straightforward, but way more difficult than it seems. If you’re having trouble with this part, you can find a strategy on our Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid Guide – Boss Strategy & Rewards.

Royal Pools

The second trial in the raid requires players to stand on pressure plates to bring chains down. Of course, things can never be that simple. Guardians constantly have to rotate, so that their Psionic Protection buff doesn’t expire. Meanwhile, enemies don’t stop attacking. Players need to be perfectly synced and cycle their roles.

Pleasure Gardens

The Pleasure Garden requires Guardians to be sneaky, and you’ll also need eyes from above. The deal is, you have to collect as many Empowering Spores as you can, and you need people on the higher level to help navigate. There are six beasts you have to kill. However, when you’re discovered, you have exactly 30 seconds to do damage and get the hell out. You win once all beasts are dead.

Gauntlet

This might just be the most difficult trial of them all. The detailed instructions are in our Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid guide. Essentially, you have to do a lap after picking up Psionic Charges, while the others shoot at the triangles. Communication is key here, as well as speed. When there’s a charge for everyone, you all have to complete a lap together. It’s pretty dang hard.

Emperor Calus Boss

In the final fight, the party will be split in two, again. The puzzle is shooting the right Psions, avoiding those that have the symbol matching to the one on Calus. Then there’s the matter of dodging Void skulls and beams. Finally, you have to crush him together, all standing on one platform. And don’t let him wipe you out.

Leviathan Raid Loot Rewards – Emperor Calus Tokens, Weapons, Armor

During the Raid, you’ll pick up Emperor Calus Tokens. You can then cash those at the vendor named Benedict 99-40 to boost your reputation. As a reward, he’ll give you Imperial Engrams, which can contain the end loot from the Leviathan Raid, even loot you get once you defeat the final boss.

As for the rewards themselves, we’ll list some of the stuff you can get below. For more detailed info, check out our Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid Rewards Loot – Armor and Weapons guide.
