While wandering throughout the Commonwealth, you will come across a variety of unique items. These secret, well hidden armor and costumes have unique names with special bonuses.

Some of them can be obtained as quest rewards, or earned by defeating specific enemies, or simply purchased from vendor. In the table below you can see all unique armor and costumes that we have found so far in Fallout 4.
Crumpled Fedora & Black Vest & Slacks
Type: Outfit
Bonus: None
Location: On the fourth floor of Hubris Comics.
Grognak Costume
Type: Outfit
Bonus: Increased Strength and melee damage
Location: On the fourth floor of Hubris Comics.
Silver Shroud Costume & Hat
Type: Outfit
Bonus: None
Location: On the fourth floor of Hubris Comics.
Mascot Head
Type: Headgear
Bonus: None
Location: If you want to find this unique headgear head to the D.B. Technical High School east of Diamond City. When you enter the school go up the stairs then turn left. Follow the path through the classrooms until you reach a huge hole in the floor that leads to the basement of the school. You’ll get Bear Mascot Head after defeating Bosco.
