You should find the treasure maps in Rattay. They’re supposed to be in a chest in the Rattay Mill, the building you woke up in after the intro. However, there seems to be a bug that’s stopping the maps from spawning for a lot of players. Instead of getting the three treasure maps and some bonus armor, those affected get nothing.
