Riot SMG is a submachine gun in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. It fires rubber bullets and doesn’t kill enemies, only stunning them instead.

To research it, you’ll need to find a specific blueprint. In this guide, we’re going to show you where to find the Riot SMG blueprint. We have the locations of other blueprints in our blueprint list, as well.
It can be found in Wialo Village (Da Wialo Kallai), in the south of Afghanistan. The blueprint is in one of the houses in the eastern part of the village. You can also get it during the Side Op 5 – Secure the Riot SMG blueprint.
