CD Projekt RED has released a free DLC with new hair and beard styles that Geralt can choose to sport in the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. If you’re tired of Geralt’s default hair and beard, you can visit one of the barbers in the game and change his appearance in exchange for some coins.
This guide will show you the locations of all the barbers in the game, along with the various hair and beard styles Geralt can choose from.

I only get the choice for the short hair and ponytail and long hair let down, or a beard shave if it is long enough and nothing else. And yes I have the beard/hairstyle DLC downloaded and installed, what’s the deal?? Finding absolutely no help online.

There’s also a barber in Velen, but you have to save him from slavers first. The “Person In Distress” POI is a bit southwest of the Hangman’s Alley sign in western Velen. He’ll head to Claywich once you spring him.
