Heizou Ending #1 Memories Do Not Evaporate

To get the first of all Heizou Hangout endings in Genshin Impact, called Memories Do Not Evaporate, follow the quest normally until you release Heizou from the from the cage. Talk to him, and when you get the four choices, select either of the choices on the right. So, either “Okay, I’m curious about your dream, too. I’ll assist your investigation” or “I think your dream’s really out there, but I’ll tag along…” Mind you, the first of those choices will gain you a heart. Follow the quest from there.

At the next juncture, in “A Time for Whispers,” select “Alright, you’ve convinced me that there might be some secret here. What do we do?” Follow Todoroki and Tokuda through the stealth section. Next, follow Heizou and, lastly, interrogate Todoroki. Be sure to talk to Gorou when you can to get the Sangonomiya Supplications achievement.

Heizou Ending #2 Free Onikabuto Lunch

The second of all five Heizou Hangout endings, Free Onikabuto Lunch, requires you to go pretty much to the beginning. Specifically, to the choice after you’ve released him from the cage. This time around, select either “I’m curious about your dream, but it’s my job to bring you back” or “Your dream’s really out there, so I think I should bring you back first.” If you want a heart, select the first of the two. When reporting back, select “You cast a quick inquiring glance at Heizou” when possible for one more heart.

The next important four-way choice comes a bit after that in The Three Case Files, and you have to choose “An approval reply for ‘Heizou Talks Fraud.'” Lastly, when asked whether you’re going to help the poor man, choose “Itto, keep an eye out for Etsu and Iba.” Proceed to the end.

Heizou Ending #3 The Three Undeceivables

Ending #3 of all five Genshin Impact Heizou Hangout endings, The Three Undeceivables, follows pretty much the exact path as for the second ending. So, if you’re going from the beginning, free Heizou from the cage, choose “I’m curious about your dream, but it’s my job to bring you back.” Following that, in The Three Case Files, select “An approval reply for ‘Heizou Talks Fraud.'” The only difference is when Heizou asks if you’re going to help the poor man out of his predicament, choose “Itto, just follow your heart!” That is the only difference between the second and third ending.

Heizou Ending #4 There’s One Secret

To get the fourth of all five Genshin Impact Shikanoin Heizou Hangout event endings, go through the first choice as described in the second and third ending. When you get to the four-way choice in The Three Case Files, pick anything but “An approval reply for ‘Heizou Talks Fraud.'” Ideally, go for “I’m more concerned about the complaint letter against you.”

When given the chance, read all the eight books on the shelves. Afterwards, you’ll have to talk to Heizou again. Choose “Yes, I did” at the start of each one. Then, the first time around (Motive), select “Shiroyama’s Testament and Takatsukasa Isamu’s Message.” The second time (Means), pick “The Autopsy Report of Takatsukasa Isamu, Shiroyama’s Testament, and the Toxicology Report.” This will earn you the “An Ideal Detective Am I” achievement. Basically, the only difference between endings #4 and #5 is in the very final choice. Instead of “Sango was wrong about Heizou,” you need to select “Detective Heizou hid some evidence, the truth of the matter is…” That’s all there is to it.
