      It spawns Randomly and is NOT a guaranteed find… With the patch updates, it is also a highly requested car from Simeon now and has MORE spawn locations BUT ONLY when Simeon wants one…

      With the patch to After Hours, there has also been a change to spawn locations… So these are outdated… The car may still spawn there but new locations are more likely.
