Resident Evil Requiem All Safe Codes and Locations

Resident Evil 9 Requiem has five safes you can find in the game and for each you have to find a file that gives you the safe code. I’ll show you where’s the location of each safe in RE9 and then talk about where each safe code can be found. If you don’t care about spoilers you can then read the safe code itself and just get the items inside. To open the safes in RE Requiem you will have to turn the safe dial clockwise and counter-clockwise. If the number in the safe code has an arrow pointing right then that means you have to press right on your d-pad, turn the safe dial counterclockwise, until you land on the number shown in the safe code. If it’s pointing left then press left on your d-pad until you land on the number. On the insanity level of difficulty the safe codes are different and I’ll include them in this article as well. Examination Room Safe Code

The first safe you’ll come across is in the Examination room in the East Wing of the Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem. Here’s where you can find the code for the Examination Room safe. From the safe go north and follow that corridor to the south. You’ll go past the Isolation ward locked door and get to some stairs leading upstairs. If you continue along the corridor past the Lead Researcher’s Office you’ll see a lootable body on the ground at the end of it. You pick up the Id Wristband (Level 1) and a monster will start chasing you. Once you’ve escaped the monster go back to where you picked up the security bracelet and turn right. There’s a room there with some lockers. On top of one of the lockers is a note appropriately named Examination Room Safe Code.

The code for the Examination safe is →30 ←10 →50. The arrows next to the numbers tell you which way to press d-pad on your controller. So, press right on d-pad until you land on number 30. You should then press left on d-pad until you land on number 10. Finally, press right on d-pad until you land on number 50. Now press X on your PlayStation controller or A on your Xbox controller and this should open tthe safe up.

On the insanity difficulty level the Examination Room safe code is ←50 →30 ←90.

RE9 Bar & Lounge Safe Code

To get the safe code for the Bar and Lounge safe in Resident Evil Requiem you’ll first have to get the ID Wristband level 1 security bracelet. You should get this naturally by progressing the main quest. Go to the West Wing of the Care Center and past the kitchen. Open the level 1 security lock and you’ll be next to the Custodian’s Office where you can save the game. Now go upstairs from there and the safe code will be in the Office room on one of the tables. Bar & Lounge safe is on the same floor and is guarded by two regular and one singing zombie. You’ll need to get rid of them.

Bar & Lounge safe code in Resident Evil Requiem is ←10 →80 ←30. On the insanity difficulty level it is →20 ←50 →30.

Basement Safe Code and Location

Once you’re looking for the last quartz to exit the Care Center you’ll have to explore the basement are in Resident Evil Requiem. Exit the Security Room, which is the first save spot in the basement, and turn right towards west. Go straight and use the Joint Plug, you acquired for the main quest, to open the locked bar door in the furnace leading west. Follow the corridor and you’ll find the safe in a room next to the forklift.

Resident Evil Requiem basement safe code is →60 ←40 →80, and for the insanity difficulty it is ←70 →50 ←20.

Resident Evil Requiem Sterilization Chamber Safe Code

You’ll have to progress through quite a lot of the game to get to this safe. You’ll be in the final section of the game that takes place in the ARK facility. As you play as Grace you’ll reach the Sterilization room going east from the Lab Entrance save point. The safe is in the northeast corner of the room. Watch out for those Licker B2s. From the same Lab Entrance save room you should then go west. You’ll reach Bioweapon Repository 05 room filled with licker enemies and big Umbrella containers. Inside one of the containers is the safe code.

Sterilization Chamber safe code is →10 ←90 →20. On the insanity difficulty level, first of all, congratulations on reaching this. The code on insanity is ←80 →50 ←00.

Monitor Control Room Safe Code

Final safe in Resident Evil 9 Requiem is found inside the Monitor Control Room in the ARK facility. The room is entered through the lobby, which is the room where you have to place the white and red orbs to progress the main story. Go out of the Monitor Control Room and turn left. Follow the path past the Anteroom and then go downstairs to the Bioweapon Repository 05. It’s filled with Umbrella containers and the rightmost one in the middle row hold the Monitor Control Room safe code.
