the image file must have been shuffled. I’ve done some math and the numbers of cases were 1125(3*5*5*5*3, due to the beep sound I could possibly estimate top and bottom one). I cannot remember the image, but can remember top and bottom. this reduce number of cases 1125 to 125.
the top looks like trident up side down with the middle one gone, and the bottom is a straight line.
