Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further Nier Replicant

Nier Replicant Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further is a warning that you will get at one point in the game, which doesn’t let you go back to Barren Temple. This can be extremely frustrating, especially if you were planning to return to Barren Temple. Fortunately, there is a way to best the sandstorm. However, you are going to need a specific item, which you can only get from one NPC. No, the game won’t tell you anything about it, but we will in our Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further Nier Replicant guide.

Nier Replicant Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further – How to Go Back to Barren Temple

To go back to the Barren Temple in Nier Replicant after you return the prince to Facade and start getting the Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further warning, you have to get the Royal Compass. Without it, you can’t get through the storm. So, where do you find this compass? Well, it’s in Facade, so if you’ve gone to your village or anywhere else in the meantime, go back to the city in the desert.

Once you’re back in Facade, go to the entrance to the King’s Mansion, in the east of the city. Talk to the guard standing to the right of the big door. If you’ve completed the quest where you return the prince back to the mansion, the guard will be very grateful to you. As a token of appreciation, they will give you the Royal Compass. They even spell it out for you, saying that “it allows you to traverse sandstorms without losing your way.”

With the Royal Compass, you can brave the storm, and the Nier Replicant Desert Sandstorm Too Intense to Go Any Further message will no longer pester you, and that’s how you go back to the Barren Temple. While you’re in the storm, though, make sure to explore the area. There are a lot of raw material nodes in there, including gold and silver. Plus, there are a bunch of wolves, too. Granted, they can be dangerous, but the materials you get from them fetch a lot of money. In short, the sandstorm area is a great place to farm for gold.
