I have the same problem as JOE,i can’t finish the game just because of this cultist.there are no side missions in mykonos ,i think some version of this game have some BUG as regard to this cultist.
When I go to mykonos there are no side missions and the leader is not at his house is there anything I can do? I have played through the game 3 times now and i have had the same problem everytime.
Trouble in paradise is a side quest found on the quest list on your boat the adrestia.

You are given trouble in paradise mission before landing. Pull up you quest list and look for it there
