There are puzzles upon puzzles to solve in Baldur’s Gate 3. These range from very simple and obvious ones, all the way to very hard puzzles that can take you a long time to solve – if you don’t fail them first. Out of all of these, few of them are as difficult as the brain puzzle in the Necrotic Library. It requires that you link up all the neural nodes in the correct sequence. As there are many of these nodes, this is easier said than done. To help save you the time you would have needed to figure out the exact sequence for all of them, we are here to show you the solution for the BG3 Brain Puzzle in the Necrotic Library and how to correctly link up all the neural nodes in the right order.
How to Solve BG3 Brain Linking Puzzle in Necrotic Library and Link Neural Nodes
Once you touch this console, you will get a psychic vision that explains what’s happening. The mind in question is fragmented, and needs you to help it put itself together. To do this, you are going to need to guide its four cognitive functions. These are: Reason, Memory, Emotion, and Speech. Each of them needs to be connected along a set pathway of neural nodes. Besides being hard, this can also be a bit finnicky to do, so make sure that you have set the game’s camera to a position where you can clearly differentiate between the four sets of nodes and their pathways. You can see the correct sequence for all four of them in the picture directly below. We’d like to thank Discord user moobere for figuring out the solution and their very helpful photo.
