The Key of Maggots can be randomly obtained during Patrol on the Dreadnaught. The safer way to get it is by fulfilling the bounty of the Wormfeeder Rune by killing 50 enemies on the ship. To do this, you’ll first have to get the Wormsinger Rune. The key drop is random, so you might have to repeat the process several times.
Where to find Maggots Chest
The chest is in the Mausoleum. When you enter from Hull Breach, keep to the left-hand side. Go past the debris, and don’t stray away from the wall. When you see a door right after a set of stairs (on the left), enter it. Keeping to the left, crawl into the small cave. Jump onto the ledge above you – this is where the chest is.
