Diablo 4 Secret of the Spring, Solve the Note's Riddle Quest

There are many quests to undertake in the Diablo 4 Beta. Some of these are long and difficult, while others are quick and easy. The “Secret of the Spring” is a side quest that you can stumble on very early in the game by finding a note with a riddle in the Kylsik Plateau. If you know how to solve it, this quest can be completed in a matter of seconds. But if you don’t, then you won’t be able to complete it, no matter how hard you try. To help you finish this little quest quickly and claim its rewards, we are going to tell you how to solve the note’s riddle for the Diablo 4 Secret of the Spring quest.

How to Solve the Note’s Riddle Diablo 4 Secret of the Spring

You will come across this quest while exploring the Kylsik Plateau. There, you will find a Discarded Note. When you pick it up and read it, this will then begin the Diablo 4 Secret of the Spring quest and require that you solve the riddle in order to complete it. The note itself reads: “Beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s own grace.” Admittedly, this doesn’t give us a whole lot to go on. However, there is a very strong hint here. The key word is “patience”. So, what you need to do is to wait. But this doesn’t mean that you need to hang around waiting for something to happen. No, what you need to do instead is to use the wait emoticon.

So open up your Action Wheel. Next, press the “Customize” option and scroll down until you find the “Wait” emoticon. This emote isn’t automatically assigned, so you need to do this yourself. Bind it to your Action Wheel and then use it. Doing this will cause a Buried Chest to pop up from the ground next to the spring. Once you open it, the quest is going to be completed.
