Dragon's Dogma 2 Golden Trove Beetle Locations

Finding Dragon’s Dogma 2 Golden Trove Beetle locations is pretty difficult. They are rare, for one. Another problem is that they’re pretty much exclusively found on random tree trunks, making them real easy to overlook. Which is a huge bummer, because they are really useful. In this guide, we’ll explain what they do and, more importantly, show you where we found them. Let’s begin.

Where to Find Golden Trove Beetles in Dragon’s Dogma 2

So far, we have found tow locations of Golden Trove Beetles in Dragon’s Dogma 2. The first one was fairly early on, actually. It was on a random tree trunk by the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere. So much so that I can’t even really use any nearby features to help orient you. The best I can do is provide you with the screenshot below. I think it will be enough to point you in the right direction. As for the second Golden Trove Beetle, it was also on a random tree trunk. We found said tree rigth after crossing the wooden bridge northeast of Verworth castle, near a stone cottage of sorts. Again, take a gander at the images below to see where it is.

So, yeah, those are the Golden Trove Beetle locations we’ve found so far in Dragon’s Dogma 2. I’m absolutely certain that there are more of them scattered around the vast continent that the game takes place in; we just haven’t discovered them yet. We’ll try and keep the guide updated with more Beetles as we keep playing. Feel free to tell us about the locations you’ve come across in the comments. And as for why the Golden Trove Beetles are important, well, consuming them increases your inventory capacity by 0.15 kilograms each. And you can also give them to your main pawn to increase their carry weight as well. You know, if you use them as a mule, like many of us do.
