How to get Dust of Azoth?

The only way to obtain Dust of Azoth at this point is from the shop. Open up the shop and head to the Paimon’s Bargains section, then switch to the Stardust Exchange tab. Scroll down to the green section – that’s where you’ll find what you’re looking for.

You can buy them in groups of 10, each of which costs 5 stardust. You can only buy a hundred of them a month, which translates to one thousand pieces of Dust of Azoth.

Genshin Impact Transmutation

There’s only one use for the Dust of Azoth at this point, and it’s transmutation. To make use of it, head to the nearest alchemy bench and interact with it. You’ll notice there are two tabs now – the one on the right is used for transmutation. Open it and you’ll see a bunch of recipes. Select the recipe you want, and if you have enough dust, you’ll be able to convert your ascension material into another one of the same rarity.

It’s a pretty expensive pastime – with the restrictions on purchasing dust, you can only transmute about 30 top tier ascension materials each month. Like with everything else in the game, make sure you invest into your main characters first, to avoid being short on materials.
