Since releasing in 2022, Cult of the Lamb has received several updates. The latest of these – Sins of the Flesh – has recently been released and added quite a lot of new content into the game. This includes new gameplay mechanics, Follower options, rituals, and so on. Needless to say, but there is also a bunch of new cosmetics. These can help your Followers be even more unique and easily stand out from other ones, thanks to these other Forms, which include: Lemur, Caterpillar, Seal, Snake, and Worm, as well as Tiger, Llama, Hammerhead, Ladybug, and Sphynx from the Sinful DLC. Cult of the Lamb Worm Follower Skin

As of right now, we only know how to unlock the Worm Follower Skin in Cult of the Lamb. We are going to update this guide once we have figured out how to unlock the other skins. So, let’s see how to get the Worm Follower Skin. First of all, you need to have unlocked and built Berith’s building. You’re going to need x16 spider silk and x8 gold bars in order to construct it. With it, you will now be able to pay a visit to this shop and get new clothes for your Followers to wear.

With the Tailor Shop building now available, you can search through the now-available area surrounding it. This is where you will be able to find the Worm Follower Form. So go here and break all the objects that you encounter. Sooner or later, you will come across the Worm follower contract. Note that, since each playthrough is different, this won’t spawn in the same spot twice, which means that you will have to search this whole area and break everything each time you start a new game.
