EA FC 24 Cannot Buy Packs With FC Points error is an issue where users are unable to purchase packs with FIFA points in EA Sports FC 24 Web App. When users go to the Store, the web app instantly gives an error saying “Sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins.”

According to the official EA forums and EA Sports FC 24 reddit, this issue has been reported by multiple users. Since we have the same problem we tried to find the solution.

As you already know the 4600 FIFA Points are a part of the EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Edition pre-order bonus, now known as FC Points. Our team, just like many other players who received 4600 FIFA Points, were eager to spend them on Packs as soon as possible, but we faced an issue. The moment we opened the Store, a red message popped up and informed us that we can’t use FC Points. At first we thought that we have this error because we also can’t access Transfer Market. But, after reading several posts on reddit we realized that this error is not connected with Market problem.

Our second thought was that it has to be connected with our geographic location, but our friends from the same city, could use the FC Points without any trouble. Thus, it wasn’t a solution. At the end we realized that mostly players who bought the game on PC have this error. We just hope that this error occurred only because the game didn’t have global launch, and that we’ll be able to use our FC points tomorrow. If the problem persists, we’ll contact EA Support for further assistance.
