Holocure is a free-to-play game which was heavily inspired by the gameplay of Vampire Survivors. In it, you take on the role of a Hololive Vtuber idol. You need to save your fans, while making your way through waves of enemies. Just like in Vampire Survivors, there are many characters to unlock and use. Of course, each of them comes with their own abilities and weapons, meaning that gameplay can be very different depending on which character you are playing with. As is the case in most games that feature multiple playable characters, not all the characters in Holocure are equally powerful – some are simply better than others. To help you pick the best possible characters, we are going to rank all of them in this Holocure Tier List October 2023.

Currently, there are several dozen characters in the game. As Holocure is a pretty popular title (albeit a free one), odds are good that more characters are going to be added in future updates. And of course, if that happens, we are going to update this tier list then. As for the basis of our rankings, we only take power levels into accounts. If you believe a certain Vtuber should be ranked lower or higher, then please tell us why in the comments. And now, let’s see what the Holocure Tier List looks like as of October 2023:

• S Tier: IRyS, Sakura Miko, Aki Rosenthal, Nekomata Okayu, and Ceres Fauna.
• A Tier: Ookami Mio, Taknashi Kiara, Akai Haato, Ouro Kronii, Yuzuki Choco, Nakiri Ayame, Hoshimachi Suisei, and Shirakami Fubuki.
• B Tier: Gawr Gura, Murasaki Shion, Roboco-San, Amelia Watson, Yozora Mel, Hakos Baelz, Calliope Mori, Oozara Subaru, Inugami Korone, Nanashi Mumei, and Minato Aqua.
• C Tier: Tokino Sora, AZKi, Natsuiro Matsuri, Tsukumo Sana, and Ninomae Ina’nis.
