Where to Find Malachite Locations in Lego Fortnite?

I don’t know what the weather is like in your place, but winter has finally arrived here in southeast Europe. And let me tell you, it’s freaking cold. Luckily, I know how to properly warm up myself. Why am I talking about this, you might ask? Well, because staying warm will be key in your attempts to obtain Malachite. Malachite is not only hard to find but also rather difficult to reach. Hence, without further ado, read on as we explain step-by-step how to get Malachite in Lego Fortnite.

The first thing you will need to do is to upgrade your Crafting Bench to Epic. You will then use that Epic Crafting Bench to craft an Epic Pickaxe. For this, you will need Frostpine Rods x5 and Obsidian Slab x8. Check out our guide on how to get Obsidian in case you’re not sure. The final preparation step is to grab some protection against the cold environment in the snow biome, lest you die. The best consumable you can use is Spicy Peppers, which you can find in the desert biome. Eating one of them will protect you against the cold for 2 minutes.

With everything ready, open your map and search for the snow (white) biome called the Frostlands Mountains. Next, you will need to find ice cliffs. Keep in mind that they are usually not reachable by foot. Rather, you will need to build stairs in order to get to the clifftops. And that’s where you will find Malachite. You will recognize the material easily by its beautiful green colour.
