Outriders players are having trouble when trying to sign into the game, especially on PlayStation 5. Specifically, they are getting stuck on the Signed In screen, and the game just refuses to continue beyond that point. How to Fix Outriders Stuck on Signed In
There are several things that you can try in order to fix the error where Outriders gets stuck on Signed In. For one, if you’ve played the demo, make sure to scroll down in the menu to “Resume Game.” This will let you bypass the Signed In screen completely, which will save you a ton of headache. If you haven’t played the demo, you’ll have to try and brute-force it. For some people, restarting the game several times fixed the issue. Other say that a full restart of their console allowed them to start playing properly. Note that we’re talking chiefly about the PS5 version of Outriders, where this issue is most prevalent.
One important thing to add is that you should also give the game a little time to manage to load past the sign-in screen. I know that’s not what you want to hear, but that’s the official response from the developers. They are aware of the issue, and are working to fix it. In the meantime, this is what they had to say: “You can restart your device is you feel like it, but waiting for up to 10 minutes can also work.”
The situation is hardly ideal, I know, but that’s what we have to deal with at the moment. Teething troubles that games these days often go through, unfortunately. It’ll clear up in time.
