Best Warcraft Rumble Rend Blackhand Build for Deadmines Dungeon

The Blackrock week in Warcraft Rumble Dungeons is now live. This time around, the two currently available Blackrock leaders – Drakkisath and Rend Blackhand – will visit the legendary Deadmines. It is a general consensus that this week’s Dungeon is significantly harder compared to previous week, due to its design elements. Namely, despite Rend being a Leader focused on flying units, it’s not recommended to go all in on the flying minis. Namely, each of the bosses has quite a lot of anti-air counters. Hence, you will not be able to utilize Rend’s Leader ability as much as you would like. Nevertheless, there are some elements of this dungeon that could be exploited. With time, you will understand what you need to do. With that said, here’s the best Warcraft Rumble Rend Deck for Dungeon:

Deadmines Dungeon Rend Blackhand Deck List

  • Molten Giant – I go with this enormous behemoth of a tank for two reasons. Firstly, its insanely massive amount of health is of utter importance to defend your weak flying troops. Ideally, I like to put him in front of Rend to protect his Dragon from. Secondly, it is the strongest Blackrock tank, which means I will get a bonus for putting Molten Giant into the Blackrock slot. However, the downside is that this mini is quite expensive. Hence, you might often find yourself in an awkward position where you can’t really afford six Gold on this mini.
  • Living Bomb – This cute little spell is generally not considered good due to its high Gold cost and time between casting and the effect. However, the community quickly realized this is one of the best spells to put into your deck for the Deadmines Dungeon. You will often need to fight against massive groups of enemies, and this mini will be able to clear them all in one go.
  • Harpies – Not much to say here. It is simply one of the best units in the game, and it will do a lot of hard work in this deck. It is an extremely fast-flying unit that will destroy even the biggest tanks and towers in the game. Put them behind Molten Giant and watch them deleting enemy units and structures. They can also bring a lot of value by being played for just two Gold due to Rend’s discount. Infectious Swipes (Poison attack) is an essential Talent, but they will do great work even without it.
  • Whelp Eggs – Another amazing unit that fits perfectly into this deck. Whether you need something to soak Tower attacks, finish off the boss, or defend your base, these deadly Whelps will always be there. With the cost of just 3 Gold, they are already easy to play. However, with Rend in play, they will cost you only 2 Gold. Unfortunately, their Flame Burst talent is an extremely important part of this Rend Blackhand deck. Hence, if you don’t have it, try to bring this mini to the uncommon level and fish for the talent in the GRID.
  • Flamewaker – Another premium unit that will do wonders for you in the Deadmines Dungeon. His unparalleled area of effect ground attack will wreak havoc against stealthy units of Mr. Smite and swarmy Cookie build. His damage output is great both offensively and defensively, depending on the situation. Just make sure to position him properly, as he’s rather squishy and will die quickly if not protected.
  • Dark Iron Miner – Finally, my personal favourite mini. The Miner is such a versatile unit that I’m always struggling not to put him into a deck. He can soak damage if needed. He can control the map by stealing chests and gold behind the enemy lines. He can also act as an instant distraction while your DPS units are doing damage. You can even use him to quickly finish off a dying boss with few HP left. In this Rend Blackhand deck, you will use him a lot to deny gold to bosses and achieve map control.
