How To Invade Other Players in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

First of all, let’s answer the question if there’s PvP in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty – yes, there is! For now, it comes in the form of invasions. For those of you who don’t know what invasions are, it is a form of multiplayer when one player “invades” another player’s single-player sessions and tries to beat them. It is a fun mode which gives more challenge to those players who find regular single-player to be unchallenging and adds an element of unpredictability.

Now that we know that, let’s see how to activate it. Firstly, Wo Long Invasions are not available to players from the get-go. Rather you will need to unlock them during your first run in the single-player campaign. To unlock Invasions in Wo Long, you need to beat Zhang Jiao at the end of “The Demon Heart of the Yellow Heaven” mission in Part 2 of the campaign. Hence, you don’t need to play the whole campaign to unlock this feature. But you will play just enough to get familiar with the game and prepare for the invaders.

Once you unlock PvP invasions, you will need to opt-in for them. Only players who enable Invasions will be eligible to get invaded in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. However, how to invade other players in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty? In a few simple steps:

• Invasions must be unlocked.
• Reach any Battle Flag.
• Select Online Lobby from the menu.
• Choose the “Invade” option.

A few more things to mention. If you are playing on an Xbox or PlayStation console, you must have an active PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live subscription. That’s because any non-free-to-play online game on consoles requires it. Furthermore, there’s no cross-platform support.
