Where to find Cauldron Sigma

In order to start the quest, you’ll need to talk to Dral at Mother’s Crown. She’ll tell you about the dungeon, which is designed for level 8 characters. The entrance will be marked on your map, so you won’t be able to miss it. There will be a couple of watchers outside – you can use the tall grass to sneak up on them.

Cauldron Sigma puzzles

Once inside, simply follow the trail. You can use the vents in the first few areas to create clouds you can hide in, if you want to avoid combat. Override the uplink to create a bridge. When you’re in the large transport hall, go onto the platform, jump and grab the handle on the bottom of the container.

When the ride’s over, you’ll get the objective to get to the cauldron core. You can use the floating crates to reach high ledges and loot some supply crates. The whole part is pretty straightforward – you can’t really fail. If you get stuck, use your scanner to reveal glowing items you can grab onto, like ledges and handles. Although everything looks the same in this dungeon, just follow the mission marker and you’ll be fine.

The only real danger here is the shellwalker that has two watcher buddies. Try to snipe his weak points from a vantage point. Use anything but electricity – he’s resistant to it. Try not to get him into hositle mode, or else he’ll raise an energy shield. Use the override on the watchers to make them fight on your side.

How to beat Fire Bellowback

When you reach the core, climb the pylon. Use this opportunity to scan the boss for weak points and elemental resistances. Oerride the pylon to lower the energy shield around the Bellowback. Once it’s down, several watchers will start looking for you. Deal with them first. You can lead them around the room until you single one out, then destroy it. Steer cleer of the Bellowback – it has a couple of fire attacks that are hard to dodge at close range.

Once it’s just the two of you, you can lure the Bellowback into electric tripwire traps, which will stun it. Perform a critical attack, then run away. When its attention is diverted, use frost arrows on the sack on its back.

Once you’re done, override the core and you’ll finish the quest. You’ll receive the following:
