How to Fix NBA 2K23 Daily Prize not Working or Missing?

We will not beat around the bush here, and we will be straight with you from the beginning. At the time of writing, to the best of our knowledge, Daily Prizes are bugged and can not be claimed. Since launch players are reporting that they are getting various items, such as Hardwood classics jerseys, Jordan items, NBA store items, and so on. However, upon checking the inventory they can not find their Daily Prize rewards. The same goes for those Daily Prizes which need to be claimed via the in-game store. When we check the store, the items we won are nowhere to be found. Thus, we can not claim them.

So, can this be fixed? Unfortunately, unlike many current bugs for which the 2K community has managed to find some workarounds, the “NBA 2k23 Daily Prize not Working” bug seems unfixable for now. From what we’ve read on various community channels (Reddit, Discord, 2K Forums), players have tried everything in order to find their NBA 2k23 Daily Prize missing rewards. And nothing works. One player reports that it only works for boost or Gatorade, but we can not confirm this. As it stands, this is one of those bugs for which we simply need to wait for the developers to fix them. And we hope that they will fix it as fast as possible. In the meantime, if we find a working solution, we will make sure to update our guide immediately.
