NBA 2K23 Fast Travel in the City

NBA 2K23 has continued to evolve and upgrade the NBA 2K series in new and exciting ways. This latest entry in the long-running franchise has managed to fix or otherwise improve many lingering design problems of previous entries. One of these improvements comes in the form of a new Fast Travel system. If you have played NBA 2K22, then you know that getting around the City was one of the most tiresome parts of the game, thanks to its lack of proper Fast Travel. Luckily for all of us, NBA 2K23 has Fast Travel in the City, and we are here to explain exactly how it works.

How to Fast Travel in NBA 2K23

Previously, the only way you could get around the City was either on foot, or by using a vehicle. While this latter option was much quicker, it isn’t ideal, because you still have to manually get from point A to point B. Now, this has changed with the inclusion of real Fast Travel. All you need to do is to find one of the many Fast Travel stations that have been placed all over the City. These are very easy to spot, since they look just like subway stations that go underground, with “Fast Travel Station” written on the side of the entrance.

Additionally, these Subway Stations are also clearly visible on your map, so you can head to the nearest one and then use it to Fast Travel to your desired location. While it would be even more convenient if we could automatically travel to any marked location like in games such as Skyrim, this is definitely an improvement over NBA 2K22. Overall, NBA 2K23 is filled with little tweaks and welcome changes like this and the, for example, option to change the camera angle in College.
