Rainbow Six Siege released a short trailer featuring a new Operator called Mira. She represents Spain’s special operations forces, neutralizing organized crime and preventing terrorist attacks. Mira is equipped with the Vector .45 ACP and ITA12L as primary weapons, as well as the ITA12S and USP 40 as secondary weapons. Check out the short trailer below.
As you can see in the trailer, she will have the ability to penetrate impregnable walls in a small area, therefore disrupting the enemies with new openings. Mira is a part of a new Operation called Velvet Shell, which will bring us another new operator called Jackal. Also, there is brand new map, set on the rocky shore of Ibiza, Spain.
Jackal is equipped with the C7E and PDW9 as primary weapons, and the ITA 12S and USP 40 as secondary weapons. He is equipped with a device that will be able to detect the footsteps of his enemies, making him a real hunter.
Mira’s real name is Elena María Álvarez. She was born during Spain’s political shift, while being raised by a single father. She worked in her father’s mechanic shop in Retiro, Madrid, and learned to fix mechanical defects on car engines. When she turned 20, Mira joined Cuerpo Nacional de Policía. After a few years, she became a G.E.O. officer, and participated in various SWAT competitions around the world.
