Can You Get to Giant Tree in Palworld?

So, let’s not beat around the bush here. Is it possible to get to the Giant Tree in Palword? Yes, it has been confirmed that reaching Palworld’s Big Tree is possible. So, how can you do it? In essence, all you need is any flying mount. Early-game flying mounts like Nitewing or Malpaca will do the trick just fine. However, if you can, we advise you to use Suzaku or Suzaku Aqua. These mounts are much stronger, and it will be much easier to get to the Big Tree in Palworld.

What you need to do is to reach the edge of the landmass at the location shown on the map above. From there, fly directly toward the northwest corner of the map, and you will see the big tree. Approach it slowly until you reach the red barrier in Palworld. Now, you are probably wondering if it’s possible to go past the invisible red wall and get even closer to the Giant Tree.

How to Pass the Red Barrier (Invisible Wall) in Palworld?

So, is there a way to go behind the invisible red wall/barrier and reach the Giant Tree in Palworld? Yes, there is! Content creator NackteCannon has found the solution. Namely, there is no way around it, nor can you fly about it. Rather, you will need to pass the red wall underwater. As the YouTuber explained, once you are as close to the wall as possible, unsummon your Pal mount, and then throw it out again. The goal is for the Pal not to appear on the surface while the name of the Pal is still displayed.

When this happens, hold F and just swim near the red barrier in one direction. If done properly, this will eventually teleport you to an underground area right underneath the invisible wall. Once at the bottom, simply walk towards the edge of the map by following the wall (still visible underwater) until you reach the map’s edge. When you are exactly at the place where the edge of the map and the red barrier meet, jump over the edge as close to where they meet as possible. You will start falling, but eventually, the game will warp you back up on the other side of the invisible wall! Make sure to check out NackteCannon’s video to see the whole procedure in action!

Is Palworld Giant Tree Part of Future Content?

However, even when you pass the red barrier in Palworld and reach the Giant Tree, you will stumble upon another invisible wall. This time around it’s not a barrier, but an actual invisible obsticle. At the time of writing, to the best of our knowledge, it is not possible to get past this invisible wall. It is possible to build things on the sandy beach area around the tree, but at some point, you will simply hit the wall when you try to reach the Giant Tree in Palworld more closely.

Our best guess is that this is an area planned for future content and upcoming updates. Keep in mind that Palworld has just entered early access. Hence, this is not a finished game. There’s still a ton of content in production. The developers have stated that they are planning on keeping the game in early access for at least a full year and probably more. During this time, they will release regular updates with new content, features, and improvements. One of those updates will include content around Palworld’s Giant Tree. If we have to guess, it will probably be story-related content. For now, that’s all we can say. Nevertheless, we will make sure to update the article as soon as we have more information!
