To evolve it into Froslass, the Snorunt you want to evolve it into needs to be female. Besides this prerequisite, you will also need a Dawn Stone. Once you use a Dawn Stone on a female Snorunt, it will then evolve into a Froslass.

The process of evolving a Snorunt into a Glalie is much simpler. All you need to do is to get your Snorunt to Level 42 and it will then automatically evolve into Glaile.
