How to Get Togepi in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl

To get Togepi in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl aka BDSP, you need to know where to find their location. Well, to get there, you need to complete a number of steps. First off, play through the main story until you get to Eterna City. Head into the house to the right of the Pokemon Center and talk to the old man and to get the Explorer Kit. This lets you go underground in BDSP, so that’s exactly what you should do next. Keep doing the quests the old man gives you to get the Digger Drill and make your Secret Base. Place a fairy statue in it to increase the odds of a Togepi spawning. This latter part is not necessary, but highly recommended if you can do it.

The next step to find a Togepi location in Pokemon BDSP or Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and get one, head to either Fountainspring Cave or Dazzling Cave in the Grand Underground. It’s one of those rooms where you can see Pokemon just kinda milling around in the open. Look through the room to see if there are any Togepi in there. If not, step outside the room and then go back in. Keep doing this until a Togepi eventually spawns. It is probably gonna take you a few tries, but you’ll get it eventually. Its spawn rate is about 5% by default, so be patient. Good luck.
