To evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge and Armarouge in Pokemon GO, you first have to use Charcadet as your buddy Pokemon. Now, if you want to evolve it into Ceruledge, you have to defeat thirty Ghost-type Pokemon. Any Ghost Pokemon will count. Also, you don’t actually have to use Charcadet in these fights.
