How to Link Pokemon GO Plus Plus to Pokemon GO Game

To link the Pokemon GO Plus Plus to the actual Pokemon GO game, you just have to go through a few simple steps. In fact, if you’ve already used a different autocatcher, you’ll probably be familiar with the process. Still, it’s never a bad thing to get a refresher. First off, open Pokemon GO and go into the menu from the map screen. Tap the Settings button at the top, then select Connected Devices and Services. At this point, you need to turn on the Plus +. I mean, you can do so at any point of the process, including before you open the app. Anyways, once the device appears in Available Devices, tap it. The Plus Plus will vibrate once it connects successfully.

And there you go, that’s how you link the Pokemon GO Plus Plus with Pokemon GO. It’s pretty easy. One thing that can make the process even more effortless is if you connect your phone or tablet to the Plus + via Bluetooth before opening the game. It’s not a necessary step, though. After you link the game with the Plus Plus, you can then go into Accessory Devices in the Settings to set your preferences. The new device is special in that it can also throw Great Balls and Ultra Balls, which should come in useful. Also, going through this process while the Catching Some Z’s event is on, you’ll get Special Research tasks that reward you with an encounter with the Nightcap Snorlax.
