Pokemon GO Regirock, Regice, and Registeel Legendaries For June

Pokemon Go, the famous augmented reality mobile game, will be getting three new Legendaries in June: Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Following the end of the The Luminous Legends Y event, which will be closing soon, these three new Legendaries will take over as the new raid bosses for the first half of June. Also known as the Legendary Giants of Hoenn, these three will then be replaced by another currently-unknown Legendary.

Regirock, Regice, and Registeel Legendaries: Pokemon Go June Legendaries

Developer Niantic announced on the official Pokemon Go blog:

The following Legendary Pokémon will be appearing in five-star raids throughout June.

– Regirock, Regice, and Registeel will be appearing in five-star raids from Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

– From Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time, a surprise Legendary Pokémon will be appearing in raids!

Let’s go over these three Legendary Pokemon, so you can know what to expect:

– Regirock. Introduced in generation three, Regirock is a rock-type Pokemon.

– Regice. Also introduced in generation three, Regice is an ice-type Pokemon.

– Registeel. Another Pokemon which was introduced in generation three, Registeel is a steel-type Pokemon.

Besides these three Legendaries and the other mysterious Legendary, we can also look forward to Pokémon Spotlight Hours in June which will spotlight a different Pokemon and special bonus:

– Tuesday, June 1, 2021: Dwebble will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the XP for catching Pokémon.

– Tuesday, June 8, 2021: Abra will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for catching Pokémon.

– Tuesday, June 15, 2021: Slowpoke will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for transferring Pokémon.

– Tuesday, June 22, 2021: Swinub will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the XP for evolving Pokémon.

– Tuesday, June 29, 2021: Aipom will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokémon.
