Best Counters for Regieleki in Pokemon GO

The best counters for Regieleki in the upcoming Pokemon GO Elite Raids are Pokemon with powerful Ground-type attacks. Ideally, you want them to be Ground-types, too, even though that’s not strictly necessary. Luckily for you, there are a ton of options to go with, as we’re going to show you in the list below. We’ve put them in the order from most efficient to least, more or less. If you have any other ideas, let us know in the comments. Before we begin, though, remember that the Regieleki Elite Raids will take place on April 9th. You’ll need to go in prepared, with Pokemon that can take it down as quickly as possible. With that in mind, here’s the list of monsters to bring.

  • Primal Groudon with Mud Shot and Precipice Blade
  • Groudon with Mud Shot and Precipice Blade
  • Mamoswine (Shadow or regular) with Mud-Slap and High Horsepower
  • Garchomp with Mud Shot and Earth Power
  • Mega Swapert with Mud Shot and Earthquake
  • Excadrill with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Rhyperior with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Landrous (any version) with Mud Shot and Earth Power (or Earthquake for Therian)
  • Golurk (Shadow or regular) with Mud-Slap and Earth Power
  • Krookodile with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Donphan (Shadow or regular) with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Golem with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Rhydon with Mud-Slap and Earthquake
  • Shadow Ursaluna with Tackle and High Horsepower
  • Primal Kyogre with Waterfall and Origin Pulse (they are Water attacks, but they’re powerful enough)
