First Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Old Map Location and Solution

The location of the first Old Map we’ve found in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is near the center of the North Necluda Sky Archipelago. There’s a hidden shrine there that you unlock after completing the North Necluda Sky Crystal side quest. During this quest, you’ll find a curving bridge that you can rotate using a strange contraption of the same shape. There’s a chest hanging off the bridge, and you have to turn the thing so that you can reach and open the chest.

Now, to solve this Old Map, you can go down the Hyrule Ridge Chasm. Once at the bottom, go east towards the Tikanur Lightroot. From that room, make your way to the northeast, as shown below. There’s a lot of climbing involved, so keep that in mind. Soon enough, you’ll be in Lindor Canyon Mine. Look for the two lit pillars. That’s where the chest with the Tunic of Time is going to be.

Where to Find Second Old Map Location and Solution Zelda TOTK

To find the second Old Map in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you also need to look in the North Necluda Sky Archipelago. In the four-pronged center of the archipelago, there’s a launcher that can send you to the island in the north. So, go and do that. In the center of the north island is a hole, and if you look closely, you’ll see the chest dangling from a rope. Drop down and use the sheets of wood lying around to build a platform under the chest. Shoot the rope to make it drop and open it.

As for the solution, head to the chasm in the south of Gerudo Highlands (location provided in the screenshots below). When you drop down to the bottom, take a look at your minimap. You’ll see the X that marks the spot really close by. So, go over there and open the chest to get the Trousers of Time.
