Mortal Kombat 11 Nightwolf Gameplay Trailer Finally Released

NetherRealm Studios have, at long last, released the gameplay character trailer for Nightwolf. His move sets include summoning spirits of a bear, wolf, and eagle, as well as brutal attacks with tomahawks, knives, and ghostly arrows. Oh, and summoning lightning out of thin air; that’s been his thing since he debuted in Mortal Kombat 3.

Mortal Kombat 11 Nightwolf Gameplay Trailer Finally Released

After Ed Boon managed to piss off the Mortal Kombat 11 fan base by teasing them, the gameplay trailer for Nightwolf is finally out. The fierce Native American warrior will go into early access on August 13th; early access presumably meaning Kombat Pack havers. Now, personally, I’ve never managed to figure out how to play Nightwolf. However, the trailer, which you can check out below, really makes the character shine. Not that I’ll be playing as him, since I refuse to purchase MK11 before the full edition comes out.

Nightwolf’s Fatal blow starts by summoning all three spirit animals, followed by three arrows, and ending with a hatchet to the neck, which serves to conduct an electric shock via lightning. And then, of course, there’s what we’re all here for, the Fatality. Whoever is making these needs to get a raise, pronto. So, what happens is, Nightwolf first cleaves the enemy’s jaw apart. He then grabs the lower jaw, and peels the front of the torso clean off, exposing the heart. Then, for the grand finale, he chucks a tomahawk and cleaves said heart in two.

Nightwolf is one of several characters that are a part of the MK 11 Kombat Pack. Along with the awesome Native American fighter, in the Kombat Pack, you get Shang Tsung, Sindel, Spawn, as well as two characters that are yet to be revealed. Of course, you can also purchase the characters individually; however, Kombat Pack owners do have access to them first.
