The Fire Stone is one of those special items in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl which are required to get certain Pokemon to evolve. However, like many other such Pokemon BDSP items, there are only a couple of places where you will be able to get this particular item. Where to Find Fire Stones Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl

There are two places where you will be able to get your hands on a Fire Stone, and we will cover both of them. The first of these is in Fuego Ironworks. This location is west of Route 205, and north of Floaroma Town. To be able to reach it, you will need to have unlocked the Surf Hidden Move. When you enter this location, you will need to navigate around this location, but just keep in mind that the Fire Stone is located at the northeastern end of the Fuego Ironworks, so keep moving in that direction and you will come across it soon enough.

The second place where you can come across a Fire Stone is in the Grand Underground. If you are unsure about how to get there, we have a guide on how to enter the Underground, as well as how to leave it. Once there, play the mining mini-game until you get the Fire Stone. This can take a while until RNG smiles upon you, so just keep at it.

Which Pokemon in BDSP Require the Fire Stone to Evolve

There are several Pokemon in BDSP that can use the Fire Stone to evolve into their advanced forms. One of these is Eevee, which can evolve into 7 different forms depending on how its evolved. With a Fire Stone, the Eevee can evolve into Flareon. Besides Eevee, you will also need a Fire Stone to evolve a Growlithe into an Arcanine, and a Vulpix into a Ninetails.
