I have been several days into the game, did Emerald Abyss and Triple Play or whatever but have no blueprint to build the Dawn Shield. I want to start over, but even after uninstalling the game twice and deleting my saved data, the game still goes back to my previous level. This game sucks because you can’t start it over. Why?
That’s correct…no ‘New Pilot’ option on that screen as described. So my question is: how do you completely, totally and utterly start the game from scratch?

I had the same problem. Turns out I had to be an hour into the game before it gave me the “New Pilot” option from the screen above.
