AC Origins Eight DLC Achievements Possibly Leaked on Steam
Somebody accidentally leaked eight Assassin’s Creed DLC achievements. As you’d expect, there’s no trace of the DLC trophies now; at least, not on Steam. People have managed to get screenshots of the leaked achievements before they were removed. Therefore, we’re going to cover them here. Mind you, there will be heavy spoilers below. Consider yourself warned!
A set of eight new achievements for AC Origins have popped up on Steam a while ago. Pretty much everybody agrees that these trophies will be a part of one of the upcoming DLCs. The achievements have since been removed, of course. Luckily, Reddit user Voodoimax managed to snap a picture of them, as you can see above. The trophies have got the Assassin’s Creed community buzzing. They seem especially curious about two of them: Team Play and New Recruits. Some have speculated that this might mean Ubisoft is planning to add some kind of Brotherhood system to AC Origins. Sadly, that might not be the case.
Steam user R4MBO posted a list of his own, featuring detailed descriptions of the achievements. If this list is correct, then, unfortunately, there will be no Brotherhood system. The Team Play achievement requires you to “kill an enemy with a headshot while they are being harassed by Senu.” New Recruits is a trophy you’ll get for completing “Side DLC Quests ‘Rise of Shaquilat’ and ‘Shadows of the Scarab’.” So, sorry, everybody who had their hopes up.
Now, let’s go through the rest of the leaked achievements, including the descriptions that R4MBO managed to capture, assuming they are correct. People have theorized that he used the Steam Achievement Manager to get them, so the descriptions could very well be true. Still, take it with a grain of salt, just in case.
- What Time is It? – Perform a leap of faith from Arsinoe’s sundial obelisk between 10 am and noon.
- Zip it Off – Perform 3 Assassinations from a zipline.
- Prison Break – Free 20 Rebels
- Walls of the Ruler – Complete the Walls-of-the-Ruler citadel
- Surgical Strikes – Assassinate Tacito, Ptahmose and Ampelius
- The Greater Good – Complete Main DLC Quest “The Greater Good”
