    There are GPS coordinates next to the trophy cage. 3496. 2540. This will lead you to the bridge in between wayne tower and the ferris wheel on miagani is. Use the bat mobile power winch on the power box to start the race to get back to the tower.

    Ave tried grappling up many times from the road and Carnot seem to get there in time any more help plz
