How to Get New Schematics in MW3 Season 1

From what we can tell in the early hours of MW3 Season 1, the way to get new schematics in Modern Warfare 3 is to do contracts. No specific contracts; any of them can work. Naturally, the higher the threat level of the contract, the better your odds are of a schematic dropping. And a higher-quality schematic at that. So, our recommendation is to go and do the highest-threat contracts. With a well-equipped and experienced team, of course. I really don’t think you should rock in there on your own; you won’t survive for long. Even going in with just another person will be dicey to say the absolute least. But overall, that’s all there is to it – do contracts.

So, yeah, that’s how you get the new schematics in Season 1 of MW3, or Modern Warfare 3. Now, as far as I know, there are three new schematics you can get. There’s Dog Bone (consume to summon the strongest friendly Hell Hound companion, who attacks enemies until its health runs out), Aether Blade (Throwing Knife with infinite ammo which locates the next nearest hostile after to hit after striking a target before returning to its Operator) and Golden Armor Plate (consume to replace the Armor Carrier with Plates that grant extra damage resistance and repair themselves over time). All of those sound pretty cool to me. And if you need more help with MW3 Season 1, check out some of our other guides, like Season 1 Battle Pass Content Missing and How to Unlock Dark Aether Rifts.
