Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 has officially kicked off. However, as is tradition, it hasn’t started with quite a few technical issues. Currently, many players report that they can’t buy the MW3 Season 2 battle pass. What’s more, the game still shows a Season 1 battle pass with restarted rewards, and some have accidentally bought the old one. Here’s what we know about it and what you should do in this case.

UPDATE: For those who have MW3 Season 2 Battle Pass issues on Steam, some players have provided potential solutions. According to Reddit user u/Revolutionary-Base9, here’s how to fix the MW3 Season 2 Battle Pass not working issue:

• Right-click Call of Duty HQ on Steam.
• Head to Properties and then “DLC”
• Untick the MWIII Season 2 Battle Pass DLC.
• Then go to Installed Files, and Verify the game files.
• Start the game, and then close the game.
• Finally, go back into DLC, tick the box again and verify your game files again.

Can’t Buy Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 Battle Pass – The Game Shows Season 1 Battle Pass

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 is now live across all platforms. However, instead of divining into action and exploring new content, a number of players are forced to “explore” potential ways to fix many issues at launch. The most prevailing problem currently is related to the new battle pass. Namely, based on various complaints on the game’s official subreddit and Discord, many players can’t buy the MW3 Season 2 battle pass.
