MW3 & Warzone 2 Lobby Not Found Error Cause 10 Fix

Unlike many other technical issues with Modern Warfare 3, which predominantly appear on the PC, the error in question here is more prone to occur on consoles. Hence, you are probably getting this bug on your PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, or Xbox One. “I have been getting the error message since the last update,” says Reddit user u/dRnvill. “I can join Warzone/DMZ without any problems. The MP trial also works without problems. Only with normal MP do I get the error message.”

While annoying and frustrating, luckily, “Lobby Not Found Error Cause 10” has a relatively easy fix. According to several reports from players who have experienced the same issue, the solution is really simple. Namely, all you have to do is to disconnect and reconnect your Ethernet or WiFi from the console. And while you are doing this, you can also power cycle your router. Here’s how to do this:

  • Unplug your Ethernet cable from the console or disconnect from WiFi.
  • Turn off the console and unplug it.
  • Unplug your router from the electrical socket.
  • Leave it like that for around 2-3 minutes.
  • Plug the router back in and turn it on.
  • Turn on your console, and reconnect your Ethernet or WiFi.

While we can not confirm if this work, given that we haven’t experienced the “MW3 Lobby Not Found – Error cause: 10 Error code: 2901” issue, we can confirm that numerous players with the same bug have reported that this fixed the issue for them. Hence, you should give it a try as well. If you happen to know of any other solutions, share them with us in the comments section!
