How to Fix Missing DLC Pack, Multiplayer Not Installed COD Warzone, MW2
Whenever CoD Warzone and MW2 are updated, there are usually certain problems that can arise. The same problems popped up with the new Season 5. One of these is that the game is reporting that it is missing a DLC pack. Another common problem is that Multiplayer Packs are seemingly not installed. It goes without saying that both of these can cause major issues. But is there anything that you can do to fix the Missing DLC Pack and Multiplayer Not Installed in COD Warzone and MW2? Luckily, there is a solution for both of these, and we are going to show you what you need to do right here in our guide.
Missing DLC Pack COD Warzone, MW2
A very frequent problem that occurs when Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 are updated. It’s also a lot more frequent on PS4 and PS5 than it is on other platforms. But regardless of which platform you are playing on, the solution is the same, and, thankfully, very simple. Namely, all that you need to do here is to restart your console or PC and the problem should sort itself out.
Multiplayer Not Installed COD Warzone, MW2
Multiplayer Pack Issues are another frequent problem. If you find that the game is notifying you that the Multiplayer packs aren’t installed, here’s what you can do to fix this:
- Go to Storage and Delete MW2 saved data there.
- After that, go to your Account and Restore Licences.
- Return to Storage, select PS5 Addons for MW2 or Warzone 2 and delete all of them.
- Go to the PS Store, choose MW2/Warzone PS5 Upgrade and re-download the Multiplayer Pack from there. Note that this can take a while.
- The game should work fine now.
As for Xbox, the solution is similar. Go to the Manage App screen and manually reinstall Multiplayer from there. We hope you can now finally enjoy Season 5 and new maps.
I did everything these gaming websites suggested. Deleted game data in storage, restored licenses. Deleted the whole game. Installed it again. Twice. Linked PSN and Battle.net accounts to Activision account. Disabled and re-enabled 2 way authentication. Downloaded authenticator app on my smart phone. Nothing works. Honestly Activision needs to take a F****ing Reddener. How these guys can collect a paycheck is beyond me. Even if by some miracle they get the update working properly, that is me finished with Call of Duty and Modern Warfare. They screwed the players with the old MW3 when hackers bought God Mode for $10 used it through usb on the ps3-ps4 and reset everyone’s prestige. Flooded the multiplayer options with gamers who could not be killed and that was that. It would have taken a lot of work to undo the hackers. But this?? How hard can it be to get a F******* update correct? Amateur hour here.
Did anybody have any luck fixing this Sarah? I can get it to work on a PlayStation four copy but PlayStation five I just get an error code when downloading

The only thing It can play for my ps4 is shipment
my dauther has same on ps 5 season 6 latetst now and multy player install says outdate is present.. after a lot of trieng resetted ps back to fabric installed only the codmw 2 .. problem still persist.. can only play shipment just today. means it is not our PS but the donload is wrong.. I’ve been trying to get season 5 to work since Friday.
I’ve uninstalled and deleted the game, started up in “safe mode” rebuild data thing, downloaded the whole game again and still won’t work?!?!
I’ve also tried reinstating the licenses….NOTHING F**KING WORKS!!!!!

Why the Piep is this #%^* not working. I have tried everything. How is this even possible. I even reinstalled my PS4 (took around 3 hours). What the hell do I need to do to play a game I payed for.
Yes, I did it in season 3 and my friend did it two days ago both on PS4!
Same with me, after installing the missing dlc for warzone 2 add-on 13.937gb in ps4 at external storage it says installed in the download page, but not installed in game page. Im will try to install in internal storage.

This happened to me last season and this season to my friend. Apprently it has been a problem for many seasons now. I literally tried everything and this is how I fixed the problem (PS4):
– Delete game
– create new psn account
– download warzone from psn store with new account
– play wz / dmz for like 15min
– close the game
– switch back to your original account
– download the missing packs
Always amazes me how they can’t fix these bugs and community has to find solutions themselfs to play the game they paid alot.. good luck hope this helps.

Help PS5 MW2 multiple player pack not installing. I have tried everything. Season 4 killed the game for me. Uninstalled, deleted saved data, restarted, none of it has worked. Completely unplayable.

i have tried everything as well i keep getting download multiplier or one or 2 dlc packs are out of date, this is on ps4 the game is bought from online store. does a disk need to be installed at this point

Last option on my ps4, i deleted everything about cod including save data and application in the storage. Reboot and restored all licenses. Re checked my account in activision and psn thru cellphone browser, link psn and battle.net. Log out from activision and psn. Disabled 2 way authentication. Back to ps4 and Reinstall cod, follow all instructions.
