The problem here arises from the fact that the game doesn’t do a good enough job explaining what you need to do with these items once you find them. So while it is easy enough to obtain said items, is there something that you have to use them for once you get them, maybe by going into your inventory and tinkering with them there? In fact, this isn’t what you’re meant to do with these. No, what you actually need to do here is to go to and perform a Successful Exfil once you have completed these objectives.

So once you have gathered these objects, make your way to the nearest extraction point. These are marked on your map, and they look like a blue person going through a door. Make sure that you have these in your inventory, and once you leave via exfil, the game will then take these into account. You don’t even have to get all of these at once, you can do it over several tries.
