The weapon is locked in Battle Pass Sector D13, so you have to gather Tokens until you get to the weapon you want. I mean, there will probably be other ways of earning the Tempus Razorback later on, but this is the only method at time of writing. The fastest way to pull it off is focusing on the top part of the Battle Pass, plowing through Sectors D1, D3 and D7, and then clearing out D9.
