Shoot to Thrill is one of the side quests in Cyberpunk 2077. In order to complete it, you’ll have to go to Wilson’s gun range at V’s building, and take part in a shooting contest. If you win, you’ll get a fancy new pistol as a reward, but that’s easier said than done. You need a high score, and getting one is anything but easy – at least until you figure it out. If you don’t want to waste time on it, this guide will show you how to get the best score in Shoot to Thrill Cyberpunk 2077.
How to get highest score in shooting range quest?
Getting a good enough score to win is easy when you know a few tricks. It seems like you only need to score above 40 in order to win, which is highly manageable if you don’t act like you would in a normal gun range.
First of all, you are not limited to targets that show up in front of you. You can shoot other contestants’ targets as well, and they’ll count. Not only that, but if you shoot another’s target, you’re also preventing them from scoring. It’s a win-win situation – if you’re you, of course.
The second trick is to shoot each target as many times as you can. You might think one bullet does it, but you’ll get a point for each bullet that hits the mark.
Knowing all this, you’ll probably want to come prepared. Using a gun which shoots fast, or fires several bullets at once will help immensely. We suggest you equip the Dying Night pistol – the one you got for free from Wilson near the beginning of the game. It’s fast, and holds a lot of bullets, which means you’ll have to reload less.
