What isn’t explained and is not shown, is that the second terminal doesn’t open the door next to the terminal. It opens the doors in the boss room. So, Once you activate that second terminal and run back to the first door to clear and collect first latent memory, just run to the boss room to the back right, DO NOT clear boss room, doors will close. Collect the memory first then take out the boss and enemies.
