The process of acquiring your new abode starts in the Merchant Quarter in Verworth. You will be approached by Mildred, who has a very interesting proposition for you. After a week, as promised, Mildred is going to return. She’ll inform you that she prefers to live in the place she visited, and that’s she wants to sell off her old house. The price is 20,000 GP.
